    Halloween!
I'm a lover of the classics.

But actually I thought that movie Vacancy with Luke Wilson was pretty frightening. And Session 9.

I'm going to answer this seriously, I find that the alien films, especially the first one are the scariest ever made, (i have a quadrilogy ( 9 discs) box set of it) and I have never ever seen the first one, i'm to scared to watch it. :)

    "journeys with George"
a documentary about w's 2000 campaign made my Nancy Pelosi's daughter that shows W as the "light-hearted goofnall" that he really is and includes the scariest moment in film history: an intentional crotch shot of the then future 43.

Everyone says The Exorcist, but I don't think it's that scary.

The Final Destination and Saw movies series – but I'm more scared of psychological thrillers than ghost-like ones because they could actually happen. That's a bit of a stretch with Final Destination since it's all destined to happen and there's someone foreseeing the deaths, but the freak-accident-type deaths could occur and made me scared to step out of my house for awhile.

The Exorcist, definitely. My mom told me when she was a teenager and saw it, they actually had to have ambulances waiting outside of movie theaters because people fainted, it was so horrific.
